Nassau County tree pruning is a booming business as of lately. Maybe more people are taking pride in the curb appeal of their homes. I don’t know? But I can tell you this, I have been working for the same tree service company for 21 years and don’t think any of these new competitors can even meet the level of quality that we provide. They have been in business since 1991 and are members of several professional tree service organizations as well as the Better Business Bureau. We pride ourselves on providing the absolute best tree care available in our area.

Our services aren’t limited to just pruning trees even though it is always a huge request from our repeat customers. We also provide stump grinding, insect and disease management, mosquito control, planting trees and tree removal. Our certified arborist provides plant analysis and diagnostics to better help the customer select plants and trees that will thrive in the environment in which they live. Commercial landscaping is another service that many of the local businesses take advantage of.

My workload varies from day to day. One day I might be in the top of a tree to cut it down and the next day I might be spreading mulch at an apartment complex. I like the diversity of the workload. All employees have been crossed trained the proper way to operate all of the commercial and industrial equipment used on a daily basis. Safety training happens on an ongoing basis as a requirement and benefit to all employees. Only the best safety tools and equipment is used. Leaving this company for a position at another company has never crossed my in the 21 years I have been with them. They treat us with dignity and respect, unlike any place I’ve worked at before. We are like a family that works well together.

I looked at a few different recruitment agencies in Bristol before knowing that there was only one that I wanted to be a part of. I read the history of each recruitment agency, and I just really liked where the two co-founders were coming from with the recruitment agency that I ended up going with. It helps to know that the ones who are helping you find the job you want have been in the exact same position at one point in their own careers. Both partners have worked their way up, and now they are in a position to help others who are either just starting out or need to find a new job in the finance field.

I like the ease and simplicity of their website too. Everything is very easy to navigate, and there are a lot of helpful sections to it that have really aided in getting me where I am at today. What I like the most is the partners take their time to make sure that what they have are quality positions and positive matches. I like that they are very thorough in listing all of the jobs that they promote too.

It is this thoroughness that made me investigate a job that I might have passed up because it was just too ‘entry level’ for me. Because of all the details though, I knew that if I was offered this position, that it was just to get me used to everything from the ground up. I actually have no problem with that, and I like that a company thinks that way. I did apply, and I was hired on after a very successful interview. I have worked my way up to three new levels, and I already have my sites on my next goal now.
